All personal data held on an individual by the Chippenham Collective will be available for inspection by that individual at any mutually convenient time. It is the intention of the Collective that no data on individuals will be held that they are unaware of and have not supplied themselves or been involved in compiling.

All personal data will be kept securely and/or password protected.

Purpose of collecting data

Chippenham Collective will seek to keep the minimum amount of personal data necessary to: 

1. Keep people safe
2. Keep in contact with members 
3. Recruit people to the Collective 
4. Meet the requirements of funders (some funders require info on gender, ages, postcode, ethnicity or disability to demonstrate their money is reaching their target groups. In such cases, names will not be disclosed and individuals with unique characteristics will not be identifiable).
